Audie Cox is the Cox-Wortham Real Estate Principal Broker and has over 30 years of experience in the building and real estate industry.
Chris Cox
Chris Cox oversees the HVAC and Maintenance department. He is an Army veteran and graduated Arkansas State University in Applied Sciences and Energy Engineering.
Ashley Wortham
Ashley Wortham is the Cox-Wortham Real Estate office manager for the Real Estate and Property Management teams. She is highly skilled in accounting and customer relations to assist with tenant and property owner needs.
Ashley Rodgers
Ashley manages the accounts payable and bookkeping for Cox-Wortham Real Estate. She has been a thriving part of the team since 2020. Ashley has spent the last 6 years living in Bay, AR. She has been married for 10 years and has 2 beautiful children.
Anna Achterberg
Front desk receptionist. Anna has lived in Jonesboro for 3 years and is happy to be a part of our great community. Anna is happy to help you find your next home.

Lives in Jonesboro for 1 year with his wife and 7 kids. Works as one of our maintenance technicians. Experienced in a wide range such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Nathan Ohler
Nathan is our maintenance technician that covers our Walnut Ridge location. Nathan has been a vital part of Cox Wortham family for a year and takes pride in his work.
Landon Burgess
Newest member to the Cox-Wortham maintenance team. He brings to the team an adventures outlook on growth, with a family background in carpentry and electrical work.
